Just kidding. The Black Reach set is amazing, you have:
HQ - Marine Commander
TROOP - Tactical Squad
ELITE - Dreadnaught
ELITE - Terminator Squad
The first thing I would do is trade your orks and double that amount of models you have! That will allow you to field two Tactical Squads, two units of Terminators, and an additional Dreadnaught.
From there, I think some other safe bets would be a couple of Rhino transports, perhaps some drop pods that either the Tactical marines, terminators or dreads can use.
More Tactical units are always a good idea, start building some with Lascannon/Plasmagun, which is a pretty common and useful configuration.
I would just hang out at the LGS and see what people are using and what inspires you. Hope that is helpful!
