So I have:

Necron Lord x2
Destroyer Lord x2
Necron Warrior x40
Immortal x5
Necron Destroyer x3
Necron Scarab x10

I was wondering how I would price this army? Its put together and almost fully painted, decently I might add. And how do trades work? Is it done by point value of the army, price value, or what?

Ive been working out trades at about %75 of the retail value, allthough my stuff was unpainted and unmade.People wont pay as much for stuff thats made and painted unless they have pics readily available and the stuff is nicely painted or at least salvageable.

Ok, so here are some pics of my army. I suck at taking pictures so I did my best.

Calculate the full retail value of buying the army at a GW shop. List this price and offer to sell your army at a discount to this price. This ranges from 10-40%, depending on the condition of the army. Typically painted armies (unless extremely well painted and in the exact colors the buyer wants) are sold at a higher discount. If you sell the army as a whole, typically the discount will also be larger. If you piece it out, you can offer less of a discount.

why sell necrons?

from a buyers point of view a good prie point to look at/for is:

Troops: $1-2 per model
Elites (metal):$3-6 per model
Large models (destroyers, Obliterators etc):$8-15 per model
Vehicles: $10-30 per model

this assumes models are in used, partially or fully assembled, primed or partially painted, but otherwise usable but not as good as new un assembled, and not needing to be stripped or have gobs of superglue chiseled off either.
