what would be a good base for an empire army because i thinck it would be fun to play as the most hated army at my GW

Depends on the style of play that you like, Empire is one of the most flexible army's out there. You can do a serious gunline backed up with magic, or an infantry heavy list with multiple detachments and a BSB or an all mounted list full of knights and fast cav or a mixed balanced force of all of the above. i was thinking i would do a gun line with a bit of infantry support but i really don't know

Which would you suggest as an army for someone who has played tomb kings and considering switching to either empire or dwarfs which would you suggest for me.
