Just wondering: Do Space Wolves have successor chapters? If so, who/what/where are they?

Hello Guardsmen, look at your Leman, now back to mine, now back to your Leman, now back to mine. Sadly, your Leman isn't mine, but if they stopped using standard engines and switched to Lucifer Pattern, they could move like they're mine. Look down, back up. Where are you? Your in a battlefield with the Rhino your Leman could move like. Whats in your hand, back at me, I have it, it's the fire control for the Twin-linked Assault Cannons aimed at you. Look again, it's a Deep-Striked Land-Raider. Anything is possible when your Tanks move like Blood Angels, and not like Guardsmen. I'm on a Baneblade.

They have only had one successor chapter and its geneseed was so unstable that it was disbanded.

oh it was called "The Wolf Brothers" by the way.

P.M. me for rational Eldar Advice, both on list construction or Tactics.

Also feel free to query me about rules from the Eldar and Space Marine codices, as well as the General Rule book.

Mech Eldar army of the Craftworld Din Cassian currently at 17-6-7.

The Cat in my Avatar is my Cat. He's called Taz and he's just over ten months old.

no one knows for sure, we just know that they have twelve great companies, and that the size of each company could be just larger than a ordinary company to almost as big as an entire chapter.

YO DAKKA DAKKA!

Yeah, but the possibility of 'deviant' chapters is allowed by the fluff about companies that never return to Fenris, hunting enemy forces in the depths of space, in the spirit of their Primarch becoming 'lost'.

It's a Valhalla sort of thing. I've always been open to inspired SW successor 'chapters' (armies).

Space wolves.

Its possible to refer to every space marine as "son of .. (insert the primarch here)", since all of them have the geneseed of one of the primarchs.
