On pg. 16 in the picture of the Mordian Iron Guard, there is clearly seen a monkey in guardsmen clothing. Look right underneath the cuff on the sergeants coat.

That pic is in all the guard codexs I think. At least 2. That is really really funny somebody else noticed that. For years i've always assumed the imperium had monkey men because of that pic.

Yeah I don't think that's meant to be a monkey. Look at some of the other faces - not all of them are very well defined either.

I thought so too until I saw the hand.... and the combination of the hand AND the face.... he's clearly a monkey. It's either the artists satire about how Mordians are just overgrown monkeys in uniforms...... or the mordians have killer ninja monkeys squads in their armies.

I enjoy the hidden monkey, but I thought the thread at first was referring to the officer in the painting section that appears on the top of the page. On one side he is an officer with a plasma pistol and power sword. on the other side he is the exact same model but he is called an officer with a power sword and a plasma pistol. Those tricky GW blokes! ;P
