There are also pistol and chainsword arms for every model. It also includes a single heavy bolter; if you want the other heavy weapons, you have to buy Havocs.

If you're just looking for plasmaguns or meltaguns, GW does sell packs of 5 for $6 US. There's no actual reason to pay $5 for a plastic meltagun arm from a bits store.
