This is a sort of putting the past to rest, there is a mini out there that i loved as a kid but have not seen as an adult...
He is a Space Marine, 1988 - 1992, he has no helmet, he has his bolter in his hands to the side - but the most recognisable part about him is that he has ork or eldar heads hanging from his waist.i remember him to look like he is about to swing his bolter up.
I had this figure, have looked for it a long time, - something about it makes me feel that if i could get it again somewhere inside me would be happy.

Have you looked through SOLegends GW page?

They don't sell minis but it might help in identifying it.

Riokus - i don't understand the term 'beast' in the way you have used it - please explain...
As for the mini concerned - i was young and have no idea if it was rare or not, all i know is that i had it along with the marine with the surikan catapult and the other weird looking one with the chainsword and plasma pistol.
If you ever had this figure you would without question remember it because of the decapitated heads hanging at his waist
