Well the binding of my daemonhunters codex gave out, and over time I lost some pages... most were just fluff. But I am missing pages two important pages 13, 14, 15,16. They give the point costs for henchmen and wargear

Now here come my Idea If I could get a link to the Japanese codex I could at least figure out the point cost. (my spoken japenese is terrible let alone my ability with Kanji)

So any chance I could get a little help?

Thanks,
Chris

Buy a new codex? Download the free demo for Army builder, which has all the costs for all wargear built in?

Really, the most common PDF available on the internet is missing page 16, so when people mention that they are missing page 16 from their codex it's easy to assume that those people are referencing the PDF.

In answer to your question:
Yes, Luna, you would get in trouble for posting a picture of the page here.

You aren't allowed to post points costs, either.

Linking to a GW site is (should be) fine.

When people have asked for stuff of GWs website, I've posted links and had no issues.

I think if it is a link to a real GW site then it's ok.But if it is just a random person that posted it on his site, then take it off.

So how is posting a link to the PDF that GW hosts against rules??

I would understand if I asked for an English version.

Here is something that wont help this time but helps down the road.

You can take your codex to Kinko's/Office Depot or any other copy shop and have them spiral bind the codex. I have done this with all the ones I use a lot. They cut just enough off the spine to remove the glue then bind it like a spiral notebook with plastic wire. Very nice.

This allows the book to lay flat on the table for easy reading and you done have to worry about breaking the spine (which is why the pages fall out). You also gain the benefit of being able to flip the pages completely around behind so you can keep the book open to a single page with out it being all the way open.

Locally it cost $6-$7 dollars, and for heavy use books it is well worth it.

Spiral binding == Good.

Asking for pages from a codex on Dakka == Bad.
