I was browsing through the ork section online and I noticed the boyz have a base 2 A. Now with a choppa & slugga they should get a bonus 1 A to their stats. So if they charge each boy will be getting a whopping 4 A apiece, now that's a crap load of attacks coming from one guy. I also heard they have furious charge, so that would mean one boy charging would be S 4 at... I cant remember the other stat that gets bumped up is it initiative or WS???

at I4, which means they attack at the same time as marines. Yes, Boyz getting the charge off are insane, which is why you dont want to let them do that (even if it means not shooting and going for the charge yourself).

Feasting on the souls of unworthy opponents

A wise man once said that it is always better to charge orks than to be charged by them; even if you're Tau.

Furious charge adds +1 Strength, +1 Initiative for your charge, making your 6 point boyz WS4, STR4, T4, I3.

The downside is that 90% of the armies you play against....the I3 doesn't matter, you're still going second.

The further downside is that having STR3 orks is kind of dumb. They should be STR4 + 1 on the charge. Seriously, you're telling me that an ork boy and a tau firewarrior have an arm-wrestling match and neither one can win?

Haha that's a good point have you seen an ork's arm it crazy huge, but maybe they are so dumb that they through lazy swings.

90% thats bit of an exaggeration isn't it. on the charge you beat other orks, tau, nurgle daemons and necrons and match normal humans.

and you've got to remember and ork charge is a solid wall of over enthusiastic warriors running towards you full speed, thats going to hurt.
and then they start using their choppaz

oh and on the charge nobz with choppa and slugga have 5 strength 5 initiative 4 attacks with weapons skill five if you have a Waaaagh! banner.

Remember, the profile is not a strict break down of the physical limits of the models.

Also keep in mind that a single point, up or down, is a pretty huge adjustment.

An ork has the same strength as a tau, but is twice as lethal due to its extra attack.

A space marine is more lethal (str 4) by it's enhanced strength from genetic and mechanical means, plus the training to deliver a more lethal strike.

Hive Fleet Vestis 5000pts
Disciples of Caliban 2000pts

I figure it represents an ork's style of combat, favoring a lot of attacks without as much concern over lethality, compared to a space marine who may make fewer attacks, but does so with a greater chance of disabling his enemy.

The Emperor doesn't seem to do much for you but you sure are expected to be mutilated, suffer, and die to make him happy. And is he dead or what? If he's entombed that would mean he's dead as a doornail, right? So, how can he be happy about anything you do, or even give orders to anyone? Are you worshipping the dead now? Is that something you'd really want to do? Because it sounds freaking creepy to me.

Yeah...haha and a fire warrior would turn his head, close his eyes, smack his rifle against his enemies arm and his gun would snap in half. haha

REMEMBER
stickbombs should only be given to nobz, as even with them your boyz will strike last most of the time
