Are future releases of Codices for armies other than Guard going to have vehicles similar to these flyer/skimmer hybrids?

Did the new Guard dex usher in a new generation of 40k gaming where every army has access to a vehicle similar in type to the Valk?

I Hope so!

I have a love /hate relationship with anything green.

AFAIK, they're just fast skimmers. Eldar have had fast skimmers for a while. If I'm not mistaken, in apoc games, falcons can even fly(in a squadron).

I think he means models that have unclear rules, unwieldy flight bases, and are so under costed points wise that everybody still has to have them.
