He's talking about the Phoenix and Void Dragon Phoenix Eldar flyer models from forge world.

Only difference the Phoenix has a Pulse Laser and the Void Dragon has an twin linked Star Cannon mounted on the bottom, the rest of the weapons are exactly the same from what I can tell.

I thought the void dragon had some extra detailing as well. I think it has a few extra large spirit stones with some raised lines connecting them.
