Okay so i need help with a rules question, i want to assemble my assault marine sergeant but cant figure out if with 2 base attacks, a plasma pistol, and chainsword would he get five attacks on the charge or four. also if i had, a plasma pistol and power sword how many attacks would i get, just a little confused.

There is a rules section for that.

A pistol and CCW weapon give him +1 attack, not +1 for each weapon. So he'd have 2 base, +1 for CCW, +1 on the charge, for 4. If you had a power sword it would be the same attacks. This can all be found in the rulebook under the close combat weapons section.

Remember that he can have a combat shield as well as two close combat weapons; it's only a 6+ save but it's well worth 5 points
