I know there are a few stores. Mainly comic stores though, that close at 8 p.m.

Does anyone know of any places that are open late, that arent listed on the web?

I currently live in C.C., and out club, Gamers Den, closes at 4 a.m..

So yeah, I am looking for a place that is open late.

I am very curious about stores in the D/FW area as well.

Moving there from Houston and used to places like Goldmine Games down in Richmond!

If anyone could help out with recommendations.

I plan to move up to the Dallas area around June or slightly after; I've just visited relatives there for thxgiving and catch up with a old gaming friend who has lived in the area for a handful of yrs;
we visited the GW/FW HQ in the US in downtown Grapevine, TX; a weird location at first thought for old gamers, but they're trying to bring in new blood in that location. There are a dozen+ fully painted tables for gaming, a small café, loads of GW products, FW products and books, display cases and such. They close at 8pm local, but I saw a couple killteam games going on while I was there.

There is a store that he mentioned to buy GW products from at a discount, not sure if the store is also a local gaming scene too. I'll edit my post as soon I get a detailed reply back from him.

Edit: Texas toy soldier in Farmer’s Branch is the store he said the tabletop gaming scene is at there, you can buy stock on a discount and play there, events going on as well. There are 1 man GW stores as well but they are tiny; other self owned stores are shifting their focus on card games like MtG, but occasionally there would be games. I don’t know about Fort Worth area.

TTS is open pretty late, and the staff is very friendly. My wife tends to shop there when she is picking up 40k stuff for me. They have a TON of additional paint and supplies that GW doesn't carry. I think they are open till.... 11 or 12? I would google them and give them a call at the number on their website. The site doesn't always stay very currently.

Outside of that you can check out Madness Comics & Games in Plano. Their setup isn't wargaming specific, and the normally have a very limited amount of product in stock. They are open fairly late. 10 or 11.

The GW store in Frisco just got a new manager who is very nice, and knowledgeable. I think his shop closes at 8 however.

Warhammer Cafe in Grapevine is really nice. They are using the "Ultimate Gaming Tables" from Kickstarter, and the fact they have FW products in stock is awesome. They are going to be holding a lot of events there from what I have been told. Worth checking out.

I can vouch for TTS, but I would also suggest Brick House in the East Dallas/Mesquite area. It doesn't have a ton of tables right now, but it has a growing community. Regardless, I am always down for a game if anyone wants!
