So I was looking at the accessory pack for the Leman Russ on GWs website. Does anyone know whats in it other than the one sprue in the picture or is that it? One of my local retailers has an old Apoc Leman Russ boxed set for 90 bucks (beats the 130 that it would cost to buy 2 Leman Russ battle tanks and 1 Leman Russ Demolisher) that I am looking at. Anyways, I am hoping that it has the additional weapons that are availible to the demolisher variants (Exterminator, Vanquisher, Eradicator, Demolisher, Punisher, And Executioner) that can be made when purchasing the demolisher....

If you're talking about the Imperial Guard Vehicle Accessory Sprue, it's the same one that's been in every Guard vehicle box since the last Guard Codex was released (except the new Hellhound and Demolisher... for some arbitrary reason).

If you're talking about the Russ sprue, it's just one of the two main sprues you get with the Leman Russ - the Hull, Hull Lascannon, Turret and one of the sponsons. Why one of the sponsons? Well sprues back then weren't put together in a really practical manner. It was more 'what will fit' rather than 'what makes sense'. So where the new Hellhound and Demolisher kits are designed correctly, with everything relating to the tracks and sides on a separate sprue, but old Russ had necessary bits spread across two different sprues. The only reason this sprue is on sale is because GW thinks we're all idiots and wants us to buy an overpriced new Demolisher and an overpriced and incomplete Russ sprue to make a regular Russ.

So with the new Russ sprue you can kinda build a Russ (you'll still need tracks) but the truth is you're better off just buying a Russ. Plus, for the time being at least, you'll get a Vehicle Accessory Sprue with the Russ.

No plastic parts for the Exterminator, Vanquisher or Eradicator exist.

Ok, cool... Glad I didnt buy it... Its just the single sprue and I was thinking "these look like the pieces a normal Russ would come with."
