The attached rules are the first drafted and have not been play tested yet.

I think it is a little underpowered, with the low model count you'll be pinned by mass fire and bottle quickly. And with only toughness 2 they'll soon be taken out quickly. Try dropping the attacks and intiative by a couple of points and add a couple to toughness.

Those stats look alot better, you may want to consider lowering the price a little, lastly you may want to make so that a pinned member can get him/herself up by themselves. Otherwise that looks good and you should try and play it as soon as possible.

when i start the campaign they will randomly appear in matches as well as being a standard gang.

there will be 4 players in the campaign and 6 gangs (including enforcers).
