i wanted to make a monsterous creature for the imperium since chaos seems to get all the monsters so i was wondering if anyone new of a model in fantasy, 40k or lord of the rings that would make a good monstrous creature without having to convert too much of it. I was thinking wings ike sagnius but Having a greater daemon body without the evil everything so just that proporttion thanks

Y'know, the Imperium actually HAS a monstrous creature already - Inquisitor Lord Karamazov!

My suggestion would be to use an inquisitor mini, they are 54m so look significantly larger then a 40k mini, since they have a fairly in depth line of loyalists.

A giant cherub construct (sp)? Though I would agree that if you just want a giant model to start off with, go for the Inquisitor range. Edit: Although, having seen the prices (£17.50 each), you might want to pick one up second hand...
