Hey, i'm looking into starting a chaos fleet for Battlefleet Gothic.

I just want to know some things--

-How big are the models compared to a space marine for example? (Pic would be appreciated)

-Does it make sense to scratch build an entire fleet from plasticard and bitz?

It just seems cheaper to do it that way and I can have some modelling freedom, I just want to know if i'm making them big enough or not.

Actually in BFG the size of the model doesn't really matter, as long as it's small enough to be playable, and big enough to determine the arcs.

Here's a link to one of the larger ships I've seen:

The idea is that it takes extra effort and time to write properly, and they’d rather save the time. If you can still be understood, what’s the harm? While most of the time a sloppy post CAN be understood, the use of proper grammar, punctuation, and spelling is generally seen as respectable and desirable on most forums. It demonstrates an effort made to be understood, and to make your post an easy and pleasant read. By making this effort, you can often elicit more positive responses from the community, and instantly mark yourself as someone worth talking to.

Ah, thanks, I also went into GW and asked and the manager said about 4" long for a chaos ship, i'm making a pirate ship for my red corsair, so i'll probably do a blog about it.
