Plastic Grey Knights are unnecessary. Plastic Sisters would be far better.

Plastic Grey Knights are coming soon enough. Complaining about it would be quite meaningless. Besides, you have the very real risk of the plastics being vastly inferior to the metals, given the very high bar set by the current range.

Still, have you seen our boys? They're fething beautiful. GW's going to have a very hard time topping them. Especially when you consider how bad the new Spacewolves look.

Yes. Of all the models I can live with metal Grey Knights, although it would be nice if they did a new range compatible with the old.

Plastic would be nice,
And suddenly they would be the cheapest army.

My only issue would be if they still cost as much as the metal ones (or that they didn't give you special weapons or something).

But I'm with fafnir,
they are going to have a tough time making them better.

Aparently I lost it, but I HAD a website that showed how to make very nice GK terminators out of the modern plastic terminator box set. It was very easy and the end result was ALMOST as good as the medal. Ill have to look further Im sure its around here somewhere.

Also to add to this, the only way you are getting plastic, is if they decide "hey.... lets redo the Inquisition/demon hunters dexs"

It never going to happen though there are no way near enough grey knights players to justify making plastic ones

But They're SOO strong!! Dont give DH players ANOTHER reason to field them!!!

When you call an intimate moment with your partner "the Assault Phase"

Is that followed by a pile-in move?

That brings a whole new meaning to the term "Hit and Run"

Can that be following a deep strike, or do you have to wait until the next round?

Hiding in a dark alley with a sharp knife!

What makes you think that GW pays attention to the desires of it's player base to any real extent, let alone pay attention to "petitions"?

So sigged.

I am using proper 25mm English pth helmeted redcoats for my IG Praetorians - solves many issues. Suddenly, most vehicles become True scale (to guard), SM are true scale to the guard. SM vehicles are cool and if they were any larger, they would be the SM volvos (old joke - volvos were seen not as cars, but as mobile apartment blocks).

I'm OVER 50 (and so far over everyone's BS, too).
Old enough to know better, young enough to not give a ****.

That is not dead which can eternal lie ...

... and yet, with strange aeons, even death may die.

If they had plastic models more people would play them. A new codex would also help them.

Quit your whining.

Plastic Grey Knights would not get many more players, if any. A new Codex, however, definitely will. Grey Knights are not that expensive to collect --- all things relative --- and it is more their limited choices, out-dated rules and stupidly under-powered/over-costed units that keep people away from them.

There are hints of new GK semi-soon. Phil Kelly supposedly started the book after SW was finished (whether it is just GK or not was not confirmed), plastic PAGK and new wargear options, like jump packs were "confirmed".

My real issue with the metal GK are too few poses and most of the PA ones have a "silly" pose.

The thing I found annoying about the GK Power Armour poses was the difficulty fitting them into a transport, much harder than other marines (especially the ones with the power weapon pointing forward)

You physically put them in your transports?

It was confirmed that it would be Daemonhunters, with the focus on Grey Knights rather than Inquisition. HBMC has been jumping up and down about this for the past six months.
