We all know that Sly Marbo = Rambo, thats old news.

However, I dunno how many of you have noted this similarity.

Sgt Harker = Blain Cooper (Jesse Ventura) from predator.

1. Big machine gun that he shoots like a rifle.

2. Harkers gun is named "Payback"/First time Blain breaks out "ol' Painless" he says "Payback time!"

3. from Harkers fluff- "As far as 'Stonetooth' is concerned pain, and even bleeding are concepts for weedier soldiers" / Blain-"I aint got time to bleed!"


Fairly obvious to me.

If it's the movie I'm thinking you're referring to, the name is "The Keep". "Castle Keep" is a film based on a novel about a count sheltering US troops during the Battle of the Bulge hoping they will defend the castle against the Nazis.

Quite likely. I remember seeing it on TMC years ago and it always stuck with me as a neat flick

Starship Troopers could easily be renamed Imperial Guards vs Tyranids : The movie.
They'd just neat to give the troops flashlights instead of guns and change the fluff.

Iron hand reminds me of 2 guys... The Terminator from T2 and Bruce Campbell from Army of darkness...
