Can anybody help with this army, I am probably going against Sovient Tanks, are unsure/don't know the rules of Flames of War (yet) and are very low on money.

Nope, at 800 points that should be about right. Depending on the type of Soviet armor you go up against, you might be hurting. If you run into IS-2's I would suggest hitting their smaller numbers with smoke from the HQ on indirect fire and try to pincer them so you get some flank shots in. That is about the only way those Shermans will be useful.

If it is t34's, they are probably going to out number you. Focus on one of thier units until it is battered and bruised.

Polish Armored division?? Why not just use the cavalry
