Nothing.

Orks may loot the battlefield afterwards, but there wont be any complete space marine armor type to find.

Orks would use pieces of armor as trophys.
Meks would try to fit armor pieces into their own creations.

But thats all.

They don't have the same black carapace to interface with the suit. There is a good chance that it simply would not operate as intended, if at all.

Just assume they could find a peice of armor and can fit in it.

I'm actually basing my next list on this...

What I can figure so far is that no, the ork isn't smart enough to pose as astartes for long enough to do any real damage.
Yes, the orks can operate power armor. As my understanding orks can probably operate whatever the hell they want. Remember that magic ork technology rule? "We took apart the ork gun that just shot at us and there's no firing pin..."
Ork tech (stolen or otherwise) works because the ork wants it to work.
No, most pieces will not fit the ork. He will most likely have strapped on the pieces for the additional plating.

I suppose a mek could make something that "looks" like power armor, but it would be like bizarro space marines. Also a good army theme.

Although they lack the Black Carapace interface, they may be strong enough to move the armor without that interface. However, they simply wouldn't fit. Look at any 'boy model next to a Space Marine. Even if they weren't so musclebound, their body is all out of proportion - stubby legs, big head, etc. It's more likely that they would the armor, chop it up into plates to wear, possibly use the huge shoulder armor with holes drilled into it as a makeshift hockey mask type deal, and stick the helmet (with the head still inside) on a pole on their back.

If anyone cared and looked up the looted vehicles , then it should be assumed that stolen tech doesnt work with ork "imagination makes it possible" .....

Orks have their own pieces that mirror what they have seen in battle as useful.

Plus, the orks are always happy damaging stuff, cant be bothered to kill their target without ruining the victims wargear.
