Alright, the codex stat line for MArneus says he gets 4 attacks but does not specify or state that he does recive the additional attack for having two powerfist..... so, the question is does he recieve the additional attack for having two powerfist?

It would stand separate about two power fists attack if that was the case.

Yes as explained in the BRB under multiple special weapons but I don't have it with me so can't check. Darn it Ninja'd by Cor Angars, no wait is that sarcasm.

He has a PAIR of powerfists - as stated in his equipment.

According to the BGB, if you have TWO powerfists, you get an extra attack

Therefore, he gets an extra attack in addition to his 4 in the stat line.

QFT. The BGB is quite clear-he's got 6 attacks on the charge which is pretty nice

Of course, also according to the rulebook, he has two different special CCW (he also has a power sword), so he has to choose which to use and he never gets +1 attack for a second weapon........................

He has 3 different, and can wield any two of them. So, by choosing to fight with the 2 Powerfists, he gains the bonus attack. If he uses the sword, he does not.

But by choosing he invokes the two different special weapons rule, which says "never". And never means what? Never. But lewt's just agree to disagree as we're getting away from the OP's original question.

Oh cmon he just holds the sword in a powerfist........... I wonder how many times he has broken the handle on that thing

Thanks eveyone. I have been trying to clear that one up with everyone at gamesworkshop. All the people i battle think its ridiculous that he gets 6 S8 attacks on the charge or 7 if you include the Chapter Banner. It will just get worse for them when you include the Honor Guard with Relic Blades
