Hi all,

I have recently been looking into my BSG fleet, and trying to find ships in the BFG world in the imperial/gothic lists, that suit each Battlestar Galactica ship I am planning on using.

My ideas for them atm are

Titan class( a giant Galactica basically) = Oberon class battleship

Pegasus = Armagedon class

Galactica = Exorcist (reduced range guns, strength upped to 10)

Breniks = Falchions

Valkyrie = Endevour/Endurance/Defiant

Lightrays = Cobras

So you can make the comparisons, here is the ink to the website i will get my models from, andthe blog he has created.

http://www.ravenstarstudios.com/catalog.html (for names of ships)
http://ravenstarstudios.blogspot.com/ (for scale ideas toone another)

Please any suggestions or changes for which BSG ship counts as which BFG ship please speak up !!

Cheers

Wouldn't chaos better suit them, as they do not have armored prows nor an obsession with torpedoes?

Also worthy of note that a BSG Battlestar is a mere 2/5 the size of a cobra escort going by the scales their settings give.

The Polito form is dead, insect. Are you afraid? What is it you fear? The end of your trivial existence?

Aslong as size are easy to differentiate it shouldnt be much of a problem i imagine ( i dont play BFG ) But seems like they all follow similar class/ size set up.

BFG's scale is a bit EXTREME!

Working on someting you'll either love or hate. Hopefully to be revealed by November.
Play the games that make you happy.

The ships in 'real life terms) would be completely out of scale, but the models fit perfectly with the scale of the bfg models.

I'm working on getting some comparison shots of my two ships with some ordinary bfg ships to get the idea ofthe scale they are in.

Cheers again

why extreme....?

The Rogue Trader book says a Sword class frigate is 1600 metres long, 800metres wide and has a crew of 26000.
