Under 2000 points, so it can only be a regular Shaman. As others have said, try fitting in at least one regular Bigboss too.

Where's the Champion? I know he costs three times as much as a regular model (22pts instead of 7), but unlike most armies champions that only get an extra attack the Orc Boyz one is worth it: Not only are they an extra attack, but they're also a higher point of weapon skill (meaning that it may hit more often) and an extra point of strength (so that in the first round he's getting an amazing 3 attacks at -2 to enemies saves!). While I can understand the below Goblin units (Champions in Goblins are best used for their dirt cheapness as a challenge taker to spare a hero), there's very little reason not to take an Orc Champion.

10 Spider Riders is too big a unit,
IMO. They're fast Cavalry, so they never benefit from having more than 9 models. A better use may be to split this unit into two five-big ones.

Need more Black Orcs to make this unit effective: Black Orcs are 'only' WS4 and S4(5/6) models with one attack apiece. Unless their use is to hit someone hard in the flank, they're not going to have any sort of staying power.

That's four special choices, when including the Black Orcs. No-go here, you'll need to drop something.
Giant 205
Snotling pump wagon 40
Again, an extra choice that you cannot have. A Giant on its own will work decently as a fire magnet, but don't expect it to do much more. Right now I'd say to drop the Giant and keep the Pump Wagon as a flank-guardian for your army (nothing quite like an Ogre Gorger popping up behind your army suddenly taking
2D6 S4 hits).
