hey all , i'm want to start with a fanatsy army ( playing 40k mostly , but i want a change ) still having doubts between warriors of chaos or the Vampire counts , both are evil (wich is what i like best )
my question is if someone can help or give tips for a 500p starting army for either WoC or VC

I do not know of any 500 pt lists cause i do not play them, but another good army choice if you like evil is daemons of chaos. if you are just starting daemons of chaos are nice cause you ignore most of the psychological tests like fear ( which if you fail leadership you run 3dk), etc. In addition daemons are really nice but they really have only close combat. But for VC you would want some warriors, ghouls, a mage or two so you can summon more newly deads into battle. and a lord and maybe a special unit and rare unit. That is the best i can do hope that helps

in fantasy low point games dont really work. people prefer 2000pt games usualy for the lords.

but my friend plays vc and he says low point games are fail for vc

Your friend is true about small VC fail. Daemons of chaos are so overpowered army that they arent fun to play. For VC you want some ghouls, corpse cart, grave guard and some sorcerers to raise. For warriors of chaos there are mosty cavalery lists out there so ideal one for 500 pts would be 2x5 dogs (one box of them) 3x5 marauder horsemen and a mounted hero. Or just buy chaos battalion. Along with a hero it can make 1000 pts or even more.
