Swiftclaws: need opinions

The company I will be using them with will be a mix of Grey Hunter and Blood Claws mostly with flamers. I am considering going Mech with the Grey Hunters.
I have one Pack of Skyclaws [Plasma Gun, Power Weapon, MotW] lead by a Wolf Guard Battle Leader [Paired Wolf Claws].
I have one Squadron of Land Speeders [Assault Cannon/Heavy Flamer, Twin Multi Meltas, Heavy Bolter/Missile Launcher]

I am planning on having:
One of the HQ’s with my Swift Claws
-What should I make him and arm him with?

Wolf Guard Pack Leader:
-How Should I arm him?

My other Options
-Flamer/Melta/Plasma Gun?
-Power Fist/Power Weapon?

I am going to have an Attack Bike:
-Heavy Bolter/Multi-Melta

Melta-Bombs:
-Yes/No?

I am not concerned about points, I am looking for combat effectiveness, what is working for you?
