Best of luck with that one. Not to bring your hopes down, but online petitions are about as useful as using a feather to cut down a tree. After you get all those signatures, GW can just go, "Look at the funny letters," and hit the delete button to get rid of 'em.

Hey, there's also one at the Necron Forum.
TBH, I think Necrons are less playable and Dark Eldar need a resculpt more. Sorry, you're outta luck from me.
