As Gobstomp420 said, you can only take a Magic Item once. So no more then one Lion Standard in the entire army!
Archers are a lot more efficient Core choices, as Spearmen just don't ever seem to do anything. I'd bring 2 units of 10 Archers as your compulsory Core choices.
A single Mage isn't going to be of any use in the Magic Phase. You have only 4 Power Dice. A lot of people have more Dispel Dice then you have Power Dice, so casting anything will become pretty difficult.
If you want to bring a decent Magic Phase, then you need at least 2 level 2 Mages and the Banner of Sorcery (for a total of 6 + D3 Power Dice).
If you just want enough Magic Defense, then your Mage won't need the Level 2 upgrade (as it doesn't give you any additional Dispel Dice) and probably won't need the Staff of Solidity (almost never a good choice) or Silver Wand (only benefits Mages that actually intend to cast Spells).
You always need at least one Dispel Scroll in any army.
Shadow Warriors, imho, just aren't good. Compared to Core Archers:
-More LoS (Skirmishing).
-Better Movement (Skirmishing).
-Harder to hit with ranged weapons (Skirmishing).
-Scouts.
-Same BS and Longbow.
-Have Light Armour.
-Have Hatred.
-Cost 45,45% more per model.
So basically, they are worse then Archers at their most important role (shooting). They can March Block pretty well, but that is it. If you want a March Blocker that contributes to your Shooting Phase as well, then it's a toss up between a minimum size unit of Shadow Warriors, or a minimum size unit of Ellyrian Reavers (with Bows).
I would say get some Great Eagles as March Blockers and don't bother with any Shadow Warriors or Ellyrian Reavers, but you have already filled all your Rare choices.
