I want to keep what I need and sell off what I don't. I want to end up with a good 2000 point list, with at least 500 points worth of extra stuff for variety.
Used
I have 5 used Devilfish, stripped, ready to prime.
2 Kroot Hounds
11 Pathfinders
12 Firewarriors in various stages of paint/prime
New Boxes
2 Stealth suit
3 Firewarrior
2 Kroot
2 Vampire Lord Dire Wolves to make 20 total Kroot Hounds
10 Crisis Suit (I intend on using left over bits from the cmdr to make a 2nd cmdr)
1 Crisis Suit Cmdr
4 Piranha
1 Skyray/Hammerhead
1 Hammerhead
3 Broadsides
Please copy paste, rearrange the list into a keep/sell list.
Thanks

My 2 cents:
Used
I have 5 used Devilfish, stripped, ready to prime. - Keep 3 or 4.
2 Kroot Hounds - Keep
11 Pathfinders - Keep
12 Firewarriors in various stages of paint/prime - Keep
New Boxes
2 Stealth suit -
3 Firewarrior - Keep 2
2 Kroot - Keep all
2 Vampire Lord Dire Wolves to make 20 total Kroot Hounds - You don't really need more than 8 hounds
10 Crisis Suit (I intend on using left over bits from the cmdr to make a 2nd cmdr) - Keep all
1 Crisis Suit Cmdr - Keep
4 Piranha - Keep
1 Skyray/Hammerhead - Keep
1 Hammerhead - Keep
3 Broadsides - Keep
That's a nice army; I recommend magnetizing your suits if you already haven't done so.

I broadly agree with Agnosto.
I would get rid of 1 Devilfish, 10 Kroot hounds and 1 unit of FW, and keep everything else.
That's probably over 2,500 points including possible wargear variations but you haven't got any crappy units there and you can ring some changes.

Well by my count I own around 3500 points, and can't fit the 5th DF in anywhere.
So I am looking for the best, most well rounded, 2500 points worth of Tau.
Tell me what 1000 points to sell off, please.

You need (bare minimum):
9 suits (including commander) I actually run 12 sometimes.
Both Hammerheads
2 devilfish (3 would be better)
8 hounds and 12 kroot
all 3 broadsides
24 firewarriors
all 4 piranhas
8 pathfinders
This may be more than 2000 pts but it allows flexibility for different lists (who wants to play the same 2000 points over and over?).
