Greetings everyone,

Have decided to jump into Flames of War (I play everything Games Workshop and Privateer Press at the moment) and after the initial shock of trying to understand how to build an army, I think I have the basics. So here is the list that I am slowly building (as resources make it possible to purchase more figs!). At my local game store, its looks like my opponents will be the following: Soviet tanks, US tanks, US Paratroopers, German Panzergrenadiers, and another new player has expressed interest in Brits.

HQ-
2 Panzer IV H -190pts

Combat Platoons
4 Panzer IV H -380
4 StuG G -380

Heavy Tank Platoon
2 Tiger I E -430

Panzerspah Patrol
3 Panzer II L Luchs -145

Panzer Anti-Aircraft Gun Platoon
2 Flakpanser 38(t) -80

Panzer Pioneer Platoon
3 Pioneer Squads + HQ -145

Total: 1750 on the nose.

I've already bought and assembled the 6 Panzer IV H, the 4 StuG G, and 1 Tiger I E. Any terribly glaring issues... I really wanted a "tank" force... which accounts for the FlakPanzers and the Panzer IIs. Any advice for a newb to Flames of War would be great!
thanks

Looks pretty solid to me. Should look really good all together as well, a nice mix of everything really.

If you are new to FoW, I would advise getting the new yellow spray paint and art of war book #2 if you're thinking of painting your force, they will make it much faster and much easier.

Check out our new, fully plastic tabletop wargame - Maelstrom's Edge, made by Dakka!
