At 1750, I'd be comfortable with 135 minutes (for most armies, against most opponents).

One thing that helps is that 5th edition has sped up the deployment phase of the game.

Two hours is fine if you know/expect everyone to know what they’re doing. 2:15 or 2:30 are nice if you can afford the time, and for anything over 1750. When I ran a tournament series at a store where Warmachine saw more play, and I knew there would be some new or returning players, I allotted 2:15-2:30 for each round, and kept it down at 1500pts.
