The fact that we had an entire thread devoted to this subject, and no one knew, should give you a clue.

You even posted the same question in that thread, and no one answered. Making another thread doesn't get an answer. Putting a question mark in the title when you want to ask a question is also a good thing.

No one knows when it will go up. I talked to GW yesterday. I'll talk to them again today. If I find out, I'll post. Most likely it will just pop up on the website at some point.
