Should I go with the current (blue) or black with blue highlights? The current was inspired by the salamander's Land Raider, while the black one was thought of while putting nogether my second one, what do you guys think is better? If you are viewing this, there is no reason not to post, it is insulting to see so many views and not a single post, you care to look, just simply say somthing instead of leaving, you dont have to be an expert, which looks better? But hey, if you are an expert, tell me everything you have to say! Thanks guys!

The black looks better to me...

I like the black slightly better but they both look good to me.

Honestly, I'm not sold on either. The blue you're using is going to overpower pretty much anything you use to highlight the black and make the model look a bit shapeless at distance.
It looks like you've used white to lay down what'll be the blue, and then tried to touch up the black... a bit unsuccessfully. Is the blue meant to be a highlight for the black, or is it meant to be some sort of glowy go-faster stripe decoration? Just not quite sure what you're trying to go for here.

I was attempting to highlight the black, without it, it felt very shapeless.
If you have any suggestions, please tell me! I would love to improve my painting anytime!

You generally want your recesses to be darker. For the black this means that you'll be drybrushing with a very dark grey over the bulk of the area, then gently edge highlighting sharp corners with lighter greys before putting black into the recesses and blending it out. Black's tricky to paint well.
