Hey Dakka,

So I'm going to be posting pics of my army, Black Templars. This is my first marine army, I usually paint Nids or Eldar so this is a big change for me.
I'll start off with showing my Razorback/Rhino I can change between the two. Its not totally finished, I have to weather it a bit.
The front:

The sides:

The lascannon:

The Gunner, I really wanted to make him special, I only have one pic of him though:

The inside:

Thats all for now, I hope to update this regularly. Please give me C&C.

Thanks,
Tyranid Horde

Liking this!

Liking the wear and tear on the tyre tracks too. I'm terrible at modelling that.

The tracks were just drybrushed boltgun-metal, with two or three heavy washes of Devlan mud. Glad you like. I'll post an update later.

That's a well painted Razorback! I like the detailed Interior and the great use of BT bitz.

"Whilst we stand, we fight. Whilst we fight, we prevail. Nothing shall stay our wrath"
Guilliman and the Ultramarines are like Manchester United, everyone hates them because they are so awesome!

Thanks, I have a few chapter icons in the cabin aswell, but my camera is way to big to take a half decent picture of the interior

I like it, my only complaint would be the somewhat extreme highlighting but that's more of a personal taste thing (I prefer a subtle approach).

Good to see you've used the BT upgrade bits they really do complete the look of any Templar vehicle.

One small suggestion I'd make is that you paint the metal cage on the headlights. It's a small touch but IMO it'll improve the overall look.

Oh and I approve of the name you've chosen, the Razorback in my BT army is also called Fury.

coming along nicely, but may i suggest trying to dull the white down alittle on the shoulders im building my own at the moment and i reckon a dull white look has a more battle worn effect on the overall model.

But lookin good anyways, like the efforts on the tank especially.

Nicely done, though I would like more highlights, door and bottom of the sides. Liking the marines quite a bit!

@Luco, I'm saving the bottom and the doors of the tank for weathering. Thanks, I'll take a few close ups of the marines today if I have time.

@thedevilgunner, how can I dull down the white? Do I use washes, or something else? Thanks.

mate i used badab black and whilst the wash is drying get another brush and wet it and go over the middle round part of the pad to get a airbrush type tone and till keep a moderate amount of white on it.

Hope it helps.
