I tried to free-hand the company badge, and it came out ok. Also, because he is nicknamed Fierce-Eye, I painted the eye of the wolf on the banner blue, and added dashes to resemble glowing.
The red hands, buckle, and part of the shoes idea was from an old model from an old citadel catalog.

Like it! THe yellows a bit bright, but hte blue shows up fine and looks great. THe free hand is pretty impressive, too. Good work!
