or do all store owners play Goblins......


Was at Ard Boyz the other day, and met another store owner from Stateboro I think, running 2 100 man hordes of Night goblins, and it struck me. Every time I go to a tournament, the store owner is ALWAYS playing Goblins. No O&G, just Goblins. My own army consists of 250 of the little feckers. What does the owner at your FLGS play?

Goblins are weedy gits. You take them for bolt throwers, pump wagons, and chariots. )

My last game was won by 30 black orcs, 30 savage orc big uns, and some units of plain old boyz. I'll sometimes take all orc armies, but I don't think I've ever fielded all goblins.

I'm old and gnarly though, and been running stores for 22 years. My theory is that you weedy little store owners run weedy little gobbo armies.) When you grow up, you'll run orcs.)

Yeah, I know a few owners that play all Goblin armies. I (being a former store owner) played Wood Elves, but that also falls into the stereotype of 'Wominz only play Wood Elves and Tyranids'.

I do own an aweful lot of Night Goblins though for some reason... hmm.

Errm, it's a well known FACT that within the realms of table top wargaming...Women...don't exist.....anyone who says they're a woman, is really a man who likes to wear womans clothing.....sorry, but it's true.
