Fast 1-3; 9 speeders at 720 pts.

Troop 1. Sgt, 2 meltagun bikes and 1 basic bike. 180points

Troop 2. is the same as 1. 180 points

 

Heavy 1. 3 HB attackbike.

Total 1502points

I can add more attackbikes or one more bike squad with a powersword sgt. This army is painted and bikes based.

The list is changed to 1500 points

You can't buy escort speeders anymore. Stupid codex faq says no command squads, and the ability to take speeders is sadly listed under command squads.

Otherwise it looks suspiciously like my list, but, you need to step it back enough to get the requirement for ravenwing armies:

3 x 1 attack bike.

Slows down deployment, etc.
