The only thing I would change is how the eye is painted. White with a black dot always looks too much like the guy is staring or constantly surprised. Painting the eye black with white corners looks far better, and there's less margin for error I feel. Great tutorial otherwise!

@Sentinel: If your after a ruddier skin tone I recommend the Reaper Rosy Skintones paint Triad, that should give exactly what your looking for colour wise and you can still follow the steps in this tutorial.
