It's that time again my pretties.

Players will control and direct a nation in an attempt to take control of the world or simply do what they wish. Players will have six moves every turn (24 Hours) to direct their government, research, wage war, ect.

Players can select and rule a modern nation OR they may create one and have it placed on the map. Created nations will be on par with an "average" nation with one aspect of specialty. (See factors)

SAMPLE:

Player A: Mexico

1. I'd would delight in increasing taxes a slight.
2. I'd would delight in expanding agricultural sectors.
3. I'd would delight in increasing funds towards military research.
4. I'd would delight in invading El Salvador.
5. I'd would delight in diplomacy with Honduras.

Etc.

The factors of four will be the players "Stats"

EX: USA

Economy (Affects your expenditure/quality)
Military (Your blunt overall fighty-ness):
Land
Sea
Air

Political Power (Influence on other nations/The UN)
Tech: (Reflects domestic and military technologies.)



Rules

1. No more than eight players.
2. USA, Russia, India, and China are not available as nations.
3. No more than 6 moves per round. No PM or absence will result in a repetition of previous tactics or a static state.
4. Make it obvious as to the subject of your PM.
5. Created nations cannot be "OP", in the sense that they have insane resources or historic ties.

Tips:

1. You will need access to uranium to build nukes.
2. You will need access to oil or else your modern economy will collapse (may not apply to those with alternative energy sources and future tech).
3. Use a variety of methods.

Yes. Any research that begins will go into background and be worked on.

Research is sped by focus, interaction with other scientific groups (Other nations/Independent Companies), and by doing only a few at a time.

Keep note of your current research at the bottom of your PMs.

3: Several months of fitness and routine are added into the Military training cycles, making soldiers who tend to be more disciplined and hardened.
4: An increase of funding towards public education allows modern computer technologies to be implemented into public schools; the result of familiar mediums among school-goers creates a moderate boost in College and Secondary School Graduates.
5: Official divisions begin to work for clean fusion energy.
6: Medicinal divisions are given limited grants to provide better care on a national average.

1. An expanded Scholarship Program for military personel is established, making a minor boost in military recruitment.
2. Private Sectors involved in salt-water fishing industries are provided with a grant to expand their resources.
3. Homeless and Impoverished citizens are provided with mass homes and free meals under hard-work programs (PWA). The result is promising at first, but the fairly cheap labor causes a sudden drop of employment for middle and upper class, resulting from the cheap-work of the lower-class. The counter demand for specialized workers does increase however, and the projections show that if the coming generations attend specialized trade schools and Colleges, then the situation may turn out for a large benefit. More conservative parties call-out the plan as a "Fire-Pit" Scheme.
4. In an effort to cut it's dependance on Oil, the Finnish labs begin to focus on bio-fuels and alternative power for realistic use.
5. Several months of training and a physical revision of the system is made to churn out tougher soldiers of a higher quality.
6. A donative National Food Bank is established to aid in the PWA. A slight reduction in annual taxes causes a slight boost to the average donations.

3. Firm relations of both economic and military interest beyond NATO are established with Austria.
4. The German Navy begins to make inexplicable expansion. Between this and Nationalism Campaigns, whispers of "Fourth Reich" go among Right-Wing parties in nearby nations.
5. In association with several manufacturers, the Military invests into new personal weapons systems for it's personel.
6. Bio-Fuels and energy cells are put into works in an attempt to curb expensive oil.

2. In an odd twist, a new Propaganda campaign begins to focus on praising the individual over "North Korea" in general. The result is a surprising jump in civil and official morale.
3. Relations with China to improve their alliance with NK go slow, due to China's growing NATO interests.
4. A final, public declaration of North Korea's ownership of Nuclear Weapons is made. The result is another media-storm and a shift in UN attention, especially for the US and South Korea.
5. Military Camps and Bases along the Korean DMZ grow in number and equipment. South Korea responds in kind, stepping up sea-patrols as well.
