Like the title says, I'm going to Dublin for the weekend. Hooray for me!
It was a birthday gift from a friend, but, as she's a little air-headed, she probably doesn't even have a plan. So, to all you people, what would you recommend seeing? Any tips or suggestions?
...
Apart from having a Guinness anywhere, as I'm told it tastes better in Ireland (well, duh!).
Thanks!

If she doesn't post here you should send a PM to Ifalna, who either currently or formerly lived in Dublin, I believe. I could be wrong though.

A bonnie lass.
Figure out where you're staying, and then cast about the city, and the girl if appropriate.

we'll be staying at the mercantile hotel, seems nice! all expenses paid for by her, a bonnie lass indeed - alas, we were friendzoned a lifetime ago. Plus, my gf would murder me! anyway, I might pm Ifalna, thanks for the advice!

hi guys, could only connect nos :b i ended up taking a walking tour, and I thought it was great! any of you know of good places to lunch tomorrow near the hotel? we've pretty much decided to go to the brazen head for dinner, and probably crash aftwrwards since we walked all day! I did go to the GW store but they didn't have anything I wanted, and then I scoured gift shops for presents - cadburry's Turkish delight and altoids for everyone, hurrah! then I decided I would look for a joy division embroidered patch, since the Nat art museum was already closed, but no success :/ oh well, maybe tomorrow ill get luckier. thanks for your suggestions if any of you come by the brazen head, just yell destrado see you!
