Okay, so one day I had an idea--I was transitioning from Choppa/Slugga boyz to Shoota boyz (me being a WYSIWYG fan and all) when I had an idea. Tired of the stock shootas fanfare and having a local area devoid of GW shops, I decided to bash a few good ideas together to form SoviOrks! All together I put the following together:

Red army ork heads on top of Greatcoat bodies.
Holding AK-47's, of course.

Not wanting to break the bank on one squad, I've got enough bodies for 16 boyz. Next check, I should be buying another box of greatcoats and an ork general body for the nob. Still trying to figure out what I can bash together for a right slavic PK, though. Something...hammerish. Or sickle-ly. Don't know yet. As of the time of this post, I've only made 5 boyz with heads, and am deciding on the paint scheme. Something pseudo-cadian, perhaps? DKOK-looking? It eludes me as of now. Stay tuned!

I love the theme of this ^^ I too have turned to kromlech and microart to do a military themed ork army.
