Hey all, my name is Gryphon, and I am not an utter newbie to wargaming, but I am not entirely experienced. I play Menoth in war machine, Dwarves in warhammer Fantasy, and either Slaanesh Chaos Space Marines or Space Wolves Marines. I'm looking for tips and tricks, how not to get screwed in an army list, and for a community of people who love warhammer and wargaming in general. Hopefully I'll fit in and get a lot of wargaming done!

Welcome to the clubhouse. You'll find a lot of us here share similarities in what you're looking for. Try taking a peek at the Army Lists sections and posting your lists up there for feedback!

A small warning though:
It might become important to realize that when you ask for the "how not to get screwed in an army list", you might get told that certain units you've taken for the appearances or background might not stack up in terms of in-game effectiveness. Do not consider it as slights against you, but do remember that people play differently for different reasons. An "effective" list to one person might include nothing you like to field and vice versa!
