Hey i am just starting a Space wolves army and would like some help.

I would like to start (i will make a more all-coming list in the future) with a list that wil counter a friend of mines Blood angel list,

He uses Honor guard with sanguine priest with a blood talon dreadnought in a storm raven,

2 AV13 librarian furiosos with the shield and the jump infantry psychic powers

2 squads of assault marines with meltas and power fist

And a flamer ball pred that scouts up

His strategy is to send up the Raven and jump the Dreadnoughts up and cast the shield to giver cover to everyone or just pop smoke on the dreads,

turn 2 his whole army is in assault range,

How would space wolves deal with this? If unclear about anything on his list please ask.

What should i start to purchase,

What i have already is the wolf lord on the thunderwolf and 3 thunder wolf cavalry.

TH/SS and powerfist twc would wreck the dreads. I would get
Long fangs for sure. Rhinos with 9 grey hunters and a wolf guard with combimelta and powerfist. For HQ njal would cancel most of the psychic powers but you can use a regular
Libby. You can sprinkle in razorbacks and or meltabomb scouts. I'm no space wolf expert but that seems cookie cutter
