Going against a tau/SM. I know that the Tau player will most likely play a lot of ioncannons(?), the ap 3 weapons, and SM player will try to play the shield while the Tau shoots my army to pieces.

I would try and get a Brotherhood Banner in your unit of Ghost Knights. Seven extra attacks in close combat for 25 points is a steal for that unit. (Assuming that the Libby is joining the ride) I would drop the Techmarine to add to Psybacks to the Strike Squads and get the banner. Looks like an awesome list though.
