One thing that jumps out at me automatically...
Trazyn is not with the Lychguard. If you put him with that unit instead of the Warriors, and maybe squeeze in a Res Orb onto the Lord with them, they become another scoring unit. A very tough scoring unit, most certainly, but footslogging them might not be to the best of your interests. As a matter of fact, your small groups of Warriors will have trouble surviving, unless they're walk-on reserves.
Another thing that jumps out is the lack of mobility. Since you'll be playing Nids, DE or Orks(three armies with the potential to dance circles around us Necrons), you'll want to find more mobility. Consider replacing the Doomsday Ark with another Ghost Ark. That way, if you lose the first one, the 20-man Warrior blob still can possibly have one backing them up.
I'd exchange one or two Destructeks for a Despairtek with a Veil and put him with the Immortal squad, so they can jump around, or just add him. I'd attach one of the plain-jane Destructeks to each of the two 5-man Warrior squads and put one of them in the Ghost Ark. Maybe also consider putting one of the Destructeks with Trazyn, the Lord and the Lychguard, so they can also shoot as they move. Doing this, your AT Crypteks will be spread out more so you can target more vehicles each shooting phase.
One Solar Pulse is good, but two is pretty much always the best choice. Solar Pulses can add a little more survivability to the entire army. The units that can benefit most from it are Scarabs, Spyders and C'tan Shards, being that the monstrous creatures can bring a good deal to the table and especially since Scarabs are rather fragile. Though, considering that each of the armies you may be facing can close the distance easily on Turn 2, one would really be the only way to go.
Your Scarabs are starting out at weak numbers. Generally, it's best to start with 7 or 8 bases. Costs are still minimal and they are harder to annihilate in one turn of shooting, but those three armies you could be fighting don't have a lot of potential Turn 1 shooting. Either join the two units for one bigger swarm, or add more to start with.
Hopefully you can consider making at least the first few changes before tomorrow. Let me know how it goes!
