Well, that's a pretty weird list, sorry for this?
Two named HQs in smaller pt games is too much, even one is too much (at least for me).

Dante plus Sang Guard would be acceptable. But then I'd drop Mephiston.
Sniper Scouts have no place in a BA army. I'd add more AM squads, 5 men squads in Razorbacks or Rhinos, and some shooty support given by Predator pattern tanks.
