at 1,500 3 wraiths won't do anything significant, I'd really only be comfortable assaulting scouts and CCS with that number, to be more of a threat you're going to want to include a few more, I've heard 5 is a good number.

4 x 5 Warriors is too much of a KP give away, RF bolters or more anti infantry weapons will wipe them out.

Depending on how you use the Lych Guard YMMV, I've seen a guy constantly use them to give cover to the warriors behind them, creating a cron shield.

I haven't seen many doomsday arks in play but I feel that they can be gutted really easily, all it takes it a unit of outflankers or a lucky las shot to destroy your weapon and leave you with just mobile cover.

I'd also add that at 1500, you should think about pairing the deathmarks with a Cryptek of Despair with Veil of Darkness. This is a great combo.

Actually, in both lists you probably don't have enough crypteks (particularly LanceTeks and a DespairTek). The crypteks are great force multipliers.

In your 1000pt list apart from your doomsday ark, you have no ranged AT. (Gauss is fine and all, but you either have to stand still to use it or they are within 12 inches. Neither of those is particularly appealing).

How were you planning on playing the warriors 15 1500? are you making a big blob? If so, consider a res orb on the lord.

As you have a stalker at 1500, consider changing some of the warriors to tesla immortals.

Remove the casters on your wraiths. That should make some space. Other than that, those wraiths will work fantastic with the Lychguards. The whips make its target unit Initiative 1, so the lychguard can hit first, against things like terminators, that will hit hard.
