That gives me 4 Lascannons, 10 Missile Launchers, 12 meltas, 15 power weapons, 7 plasmaguns, 2 battle cannons, and a demolisher cannon.

I'm hoping that this list throws a screwball since its not the typical IG list.

Your PCS units are better with flamers so they auto hit. cheaper as well. Leave the lascannons on the heavy weapons teams.

Guard are also about quantity not qualtity, you've said everything above, which means 2 lascannons, 5 missiles, 6 meltas, 4 plasma gun (long range) will hit while your tanks will just about it. You need more shots basically.

Oh, it's a pretty much typical foot list, just with Leman Russ support instead of ordnance, which btw you're best ditching the Demolisher as it's short ranged and everything else will be hanging back.

If my math serves me correctly, if you drop all of the PG's from the CCS and PCS you can buy a 2nd squad of ST's with meltas.

Might try to get that Demolisher as an Executioner so you have some real slightly more ranged threat to MEQ

Overall pretty good list, I prefer LC's of Missile Launchers, but thats preference.

I also like how you put the HW in the PCS's and CCS, I do that as well, t allows each to target a different unit, so if you kill a vehicle, you can move to the next one, or if you dont, shoot it again.

I only have the three tanks in that load out. Might drop the demolisher for a manticore.

The problem in doing that is that you now have 1 av12 vehicle on the table and 2 AV 14. Its less saturation. Therefore my guns intended for av12 can focus on the manticore and my lacannons, meltas, etc. can focus on the Russes. Just something to think about.

Yeah, I've thought of it. I was going to deploy out of los. Or I might drop it and Marbo and get another blob. Which gives me a handfull of points to redistribute.

Or maybe drop the demolisher to get a second CCS. More order coverage. Then maybe drop marbo and get creed. That will give me 6 orders which is nice.

This is why foot lists take artillery for, you can keep them hidden

And Creed is the bomb for a foot list.
