How about starting with basics and getting some rhinos for the tacs, and since your captain runs around with ASMs, you should probably get the squad to 10 men so they don't die instantly when shot at. You should also move the devastator sergeant to a
tac squad so the power fist makes sense, and lascannons should be on tacs too, so they are cheaper. After that I suggest going by your playstyle, with predators, land speeders, sternguard in a pod or anything, that fits your style.
Another issue with this list is the complete lack of anti-tank weapons. You really have to pray not to face tanks/dreads right now, so you should get melta.
IMO best melta-delivering systems are: A) Sternguard in a drop pod - combat squads, special ammo, and 5pt combis make them a wonder, even though they might be a little expensive. B) Dreads in drop pods - multimelta dread, or an ironclad with a meltagun in a pod is really a pain to get rid of, and can (unless with unlucky scatters) get a melta shot at a tank before anyone can even try to take it out. C) Multimelta attack bikes - a lot of people don't like them but they are fast, easy to hide, and can move 12" and still shoot the multimelta, (24" threat range) so I like them
Just my thoughts fr now...

maybe jumppacks sgt with thunder hammer and vets with lightning claws or
pw. maybe assault terminators with hammers. vindicator, all lassocannon predictor, land raider
redeemer.

Vanguards are good on paper, but in practice they are too expensive and unreliable to actually be useful. General opinion is that autocannon/lascannon sponson predator is a lot better for the points than a full lascannon predator is. Also redeemers have a way too short range to be really useful, they end up in enemy melta range too easily and get blown up.
