not too bad really. but id check your calculations again as it seems the assault sqauds should be at 145 pts with the current configuration you have. also what turrets are you using for the razorbacks, by the looks of it your going with heavy bolters which is fine but given that you seem to have no real long range weaponry id go with heavy flamers instead.

having that many termies in a crusader isnt too bad but id try to give the crusader extra armor to prevent any stun lock that comes your way. also think about keeping a priest either in range of the termies or have one join the termies. that would go hand in hand with the rest of your army since it looks like your needing to get in your opponents face if you plan on dealing with any type of armor.

other than that it looks like a fun list

No, its not.

You need Razorbacks with lascannons or lascannon/plasma gun. In this way you can give cover fire while advancing. Some auto/las Predators or Baal Predators would be nice too (dropping the Sang Guard). Sergeants should have power fists and combi-weapons, no power weapons. Dante is only key if you take a Sang Guard. Otherwise, I'd go for a Librarian.
